STUDENT A:
Hello and welcome to my blog. The goal of this blog is to defend the fact that The Call of the Wild by Jack London, first published in 1903, is truly a classic novel.

STUDENT B:
Welcome, and many blessings upon you. Today I will take you through a world of gothic excitment and supernatural experences. A world of shape shifting and blood sucking. The world of Bram Stoker's Dracula.
The purpose of this blog is to read, think, and write independently in order to communicate a critical understanding of a work of long fiction. Which means i intend to analyse the novel using a personal commentary and a portfolio of other sorces.
Well, now that you know what the blog is about i hope you enjooy my classic novel study on the novel Dracula.

STUDENT C:
Hello, and welcome to my English class Blog! This blog is dedicated to the exploration and analysis of the book titled Steppenwolf written by Hermann Hesse. In the following few weeks I will be posting blogs about the book in chronological order of, in my opinion, significant points within the book. At the end I will post a large Apologia about why Steppenwolf is considered to be a classical novel as well as the significance of Hermann Hesse. I eagerly await your comments.

STUDENT D:
Welcome to my Classic Novel Study! The classic novel I am studying is The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. It was first published in 1831 by Romantic novelist Victor Hugo, who has also written the classic novel Les Miserables. The story first begins on January 6th, 1942. The novel has been adapted in many various texts, such as films and television films, theatre, musical theatre, music, ballet, and even radio adaptations have been read on the air. The novel, originally written in French, has been translated into English nine different times, dates ranging from 1833 to 2006. The intent of this blog is to thoroughly and critically analyze the piece selected and to take the reader through the general story. By doing so, I will be able to establish that The Hunchback of Notre-Dame is an authentic piece of classic literature.

STUDENT E:
Welcome to my blog! I will be continuously analysing a classic work of William Faulkner,The Sound And The Fury. This particular classic, creditted as being one of Faulkner's most famous novels, was written in such a way that its sytle and tone were recognized as unique and modern for the era it was published. Through the next few months, I will by critically analysing various aspects of the novel thruogh responces to do with tone, context, and style. Also, works such as an Apologia will be published and discussed to shed light on many different opinions of the novel.

Hope you Enjoy!

STUDENT F:
Hey, so this blog is for my classic novel unit in my grade 11 English class. For my classic novel I decided to read The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne. The links at the top of this page are some sources that can be used for references as to the time period the novel was set in, the author's life, other works by the author, plot analysis' and video clips about movies based on or inspired by the novel.

The main purpose of this blog is to be a place for me to write my own personal analysis and ideas of the novel where others can see and comment on my, for lack of a better word, theories. It is also a great place for me to get feed back on my critical understanding of a work of long fiction.

Anyway, i hope this blog is insightful and intelligent, or at the very least entertaining.

I look forward to feedback!!
